You apply the roll-on at night time, before you go to bed. But you make sure that your underarms are completely dry before you do so. Leave on overnight. Then wash off in the morning. It really is that simple, although you will have to put up with some stinging, as the solutions tends to burn your underarms off! But it’s a small price to pay for not sweating the next day!
